planking.. planking.. planking.. tahu tak apa itu planking? tak kan tak tahu apa itu planking. aktiviti ni rasanya dah lama juga muncul. cuma aku baru je tahu beberapa minggu yang lepas. kuno kan aku? =__= 


planking adalah kerja gila+style yang dilalkukan oleh orang yang tak ada otak sentiasa sukakan cabaran. planking ni start from australia (tak silap aku). planking juga dikenali sebagai 'Lying Down Game'. aktiviti ni nampak macam best tapi aku tak kan sesekali mencubanya.
